WICE - Cultural Education

WICE has launched a new perspective in education, i.e., Cultural Education. Academic excellence alone will not bring an over-all development in students. Besides academic excellence, students have to grow in their inborn talents to the core.

And so, WICE has been providing "Cultural Education Training" for students in schools and colleges. On special days, WICE trains students as well as teachers for an enchanting cultural performance which adds splendour and beauty in the history of schools or colleges. WICE at colleges

The educational enrichment has been surplus in colleges where the students engage themselves in research, expedition, exploration, analysis and investigation. All research works are done and presented in English. To enhance their pursuit of knowledge, WICE has ventured for communicative English programme in colleges. The college programme is carried on the basis of credits. Each credit has 15 class-hours. Every credit has its own general and specific objectives of training the student. We assure a significant difference in the college campus after our programme, in particular, the written and spoken communication among the students.

Activity Based on Learning (ABL)

WICE courseware is based on Activity Based Learning (ABL method) to foster self-learning, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-interest in order to shape a child's future according to his or her aptitude, abilities and skills. This situational classroom atmosphere induces enthusiastic language learning with ease and enables every student to be an active performer.

WICE Step

WICE - Smart Teachers' Enhancement Programme boosts the teachers' communication skills by organizing periodical workshops for them. These sessions not only upgrade their communication skills, but also train them for a better execution of their duties as teachers. This also empowers the teachers' self-confidence enabling them to promote communication skills in each and every child.

Conversational Skills

The thrust of WICE training lies in preparing students for healthy and meaningful Conversational Skills. WICE handles an active interactive class for students in order that the students become more proficient and confident in their daily communication.

The School Assembly

One of the best places where the students can master more confidence is in the School Assembly The students are initiated and exposed for a variety of creative programmes in the assembly to exhibit their potential. The students get rid of their shyness and stage-fear. Thus, the School Assembly promotes confidence and courage.

WICE - Ever Rolling Trophy

WICE promotes Team-Works among the students by giving away the Rolling Trophy to the best group as well as the best class in every level. This is carried out every fortnight or every month. In this way, WICE Facilitators improvise the Team-Work to attain success collectively.

WICE - English Enabled Environment

The focus of WICE Training is in the creation of English Enabled Environment. WICE takes a stern measure in promoting English in every stream of the campus. All the members of staff, including D-staff, are encouraged to maintain the English while they are in the campus.

WICE - Creativity Board

Creativity is the result of divergent thinking and the thoughts of students are very exhilarating. WICE promotes students' divergent thinking through Creativity Board. The board showcases the creative and artistic works of the students to be acknowledged by everyone in the campus.

WICE - Fest English Day

WICE - Exhibition

Within everyone, there are numerous hidden treasures. These treasures are brought to light in an organized environment. In this regard, WICE organizes English-Exhibition where the students exhibit their creative works through models, activities and displays.

WICE - Star Badges

Everything is possible through enhancement. In this perception, WICE encourages the students who maintain the language and promote it in the campus by awarding them with Star Badges. This is the symbol of excellence and distinction.

WICE - Talents Day

No child is without a talent. It is only through opportunities and the situations that they are brought out. Therefore, WICE creates a platform for the students to bring out their inborn talents by organizing Talents Day. On this day, the students are given the freedom to perform anything that they desire.

WICE - English Club

WICE-English Club has its own mission titled English Enabled Environment. The club members enrich the campus in English by organizing various activities and assisting the students to better their communication.

WICE - Fortnight Treasure

Language-Based competitions are always the boost to English Learners. In this regard, WICE organizes a variety of competitions that enkindle the enthusiasm to speak in English through Fortnight Treasure programme. Students participate in them with a meticulous preparation and enrich their skills.

WICE- Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP)

WICE- Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a special coaching given to the schools and colleges in order that they become strong in their interpersonal skills, balanced behaviours and emotional stability in real life situations. The success lies in the transformational changes in human behaviours. Thus, WICE believes NLP to be a great benchmark of the era.

WICE - Excellence Certificate

WICE recognizes students who uniquely bring out their communication skills with the Certificate of Excellence. Students are encouraged to participate in various events and activities to have a better experience of learning and to remain always on top.

WICE - English Awareness Ralley

We educate young minds to nurture the need to speak in English, wherever they are. Incubated student-leaders carry out the task of marching along the school premises with English posters proclaiming the spirit of WICE-EEE. This action invokes an awareness for the language, creating an interest in every student to communicate in English at the premises.

Group Discussion

Group Discussion is a collective form of analytical thinking in finding a solution to an issue. WICE trains the students to work in groups with cooperation and collaboration in building up a unified solution to various problems through group discussions.

Analytical Debates

Debates are commonly used for finding a solid solution to an issue. Analytical Debates always lead to the problem-solving. In this regard, WICE trains the students' minds, equipping them with analytical and critical thinking through debates and arguments.
